April 4, 2011 Brazos Bend State Park, TX - day 2

Today we rode our bikes from one side of the park to the other, from Elm Lake over to 40-Acre Lake. While we were all the way on the other side, a mighty cold front blasted through and we ended up riding back to our campsite wearing ponchos in a cold rain.










These two rabbits visited with me while I drank my morning coffee, about 20 feet away from our picnic table. A Little Blue Heron.
