Campobello Island is in Canada, which is right across the water from this part of Maine. Today we day-tripped on over and explored it. Lovely place! Franklin D. Roosevelt had a 34-room "cottage" here, and its now a provincial park. We were getting low on time, so we skipped the tour of the house and opted to go out to Liberty Point and see the overlooks. We also saw two lighthouses, one on each end of the island.

We visited here a few years back, but didn't see Ronnie. I'd think the dolphins would DIS-appear when they hear his accordion! :-)
