June 24, 2013 Mill Creek Campground
We are camped on Lake Huron and the view is magnificent! Compared to the muddy-water lakes and ponds down south, these crystal clear lakes are amazing. The Mackinac (pronounced Mackinaw) Bridge crosses the Straights between Lake Michigan and Lake Huron. Quite a sight!
June 20, 2013 Demopolis, Alabama
Before heading north, we stopped to see an old friend who is temporarily staying in an old "farmhouse" outside Demopolis. A very enjoyable visit!

April 23-24-25, 2013 Visiting with brother Rus and his family....
We celebrated two birthdays, both Anne (4/22) and Bubba (4/23) with a lobster supper, which was pretty darn good! Rus & Anne got lucky and scored us tickets to the popular broadway musical "Book of Mormon" at the newly-restored Boston Opera House. Wow!

April 27, 2013 First Communion party at the Levangie Home.....
Great-nephew Kyle Levangie had his First Communion, and we were honored to attend the party afterwards. What a good time! Lots of family love and family foolishness.

Rhode Island is pretty famous for it's yachts and we saw a few of them. We also enjoyed a casual stroll on the Cliff Walk and looking at the quaint little summer cottages of the robber barons.....
