This place is amazing! The abnormally high tides (30-50 feet) allow people to walk around on the floor of the Bay of Fundy during low tide. But the part that blew my mind was going back at high tide and seeing just how far up the water came. This phenomenon is unique to the Bay of Fundy because it acts like a giant funnel, and the tides are more extreme because of it. We had a grand old time exploring around on the "bottom of the ocean"; it was mostly rocky and gravelly with lots of red mud out by the water. This place was packed with people so there are folks in almost every picture we took.

On the walk down to the shore, we saw quite a few of these ghostly little guys called Indian Pipe.
It's a flowering plant that has no chlorophyll and sustains itself on fungus of tree roots.
(or something like that) Not something you see every day!
