July 19, 2014 Dickson Falls hike, Fundy National Park, New Brunswick

Today was a good day for hiking, so we headed back to Fundy National Park.  First we went to Dickson Falls, which was a delightful hike in the woods.  The falls were loud and the water was very cold.  The temperature dropped at least 10-15 degrees when we were beside the stream.  Which actually felt good!  After this hike, we enjoyed our pick-a-nick lunch.

One of many little streams coming down the mountain.

Down, down, down.

The Dickson Falls.

The damp ecosystem by the stream made for wonderful
growth on the rocks.  Fascinating.

You know who these two are.

At one point the path went down to the edge of the streambed....
We were very careful as that water was extremely cold!
