Today was a good day to drive out to Cape Enrage and check out the lighthouse there. It was a long drive on narrow rough roads, but it was worth it. We spend an hour there just looking around. The tide was in, so we didn't try the 94-step staircase down to the bay. Just boggles my mind, thinking of what it was like back when the light keepers did it all by hand and in almost complete isolation.

I guess the road to the lighthouse hasn't improved any, has it? Still and all, what a place!
