July 22, 2016 Victoria Beach drive, Nova Scotia

From where we are camped, we drove from our campground at Annapolis-Royal down to Victoria Beach on the Digby Gut, which is an opening from the Annapolis River over to the Bay of Fundy.  There is a ferry from Digby across the Bay of Fundy to St. John, New Brunswick.  We just had a nice drive down there, and it is a beautiful place.

The Digby ferry coming in.
Typical homestead.
The Digby Gut; that's the Bay of Fundy out there.
This home has quite a view!
The picture doesn't do it justice, but this mass of roses was breathtaking.
Enlarge it if you can.
The ferry over at Digby.
Another typical home.
Enlarge this if you can, it's an interesting read.
