Upon our arrival at Cannon Beach, we wandered down to see the Haystack Rock and walk the beach. There was a strong wind blowing and I was very grateful for my windbreaker jacket! Naturally the top of Haystack was home to LOTS of seagulls. A lot of the buildings on the beach were weathered grey wood and reminded me of Nantucket....
